Want To Create A Website In 1 Hour In 2024? Read This

Our story

Always Improving was created by me (the writer) and a friend (the website developer) in 2024. We started with the objective of sharing wisdom to others, in the goal of launching our entrepreneurial journey. And, for now, even tho we don’t have much traffic (this is why if you could share this website with others it would be of massive help to us), we’re doing pretty well. We’re posting articles quite consistently, making some views, and at least, I’m gaining experience in the writing space.

If you believe that making a website is easy, you’re WRONG! No, just kidding, you’re totally right. Some AI, or «Artificial intelligence » make creating a website extremely easy, in only a few clicks with only a few criteria. Creating a website nowadays doesn’t have much value because there’s so much AI generated websites and blogs and articles that it’s easy to get lost in the robotic technology and therefore you probably don’t put your own « touch » to things.

I’m pretty sure some people tried to gain traffic by using AI to write « engaging articles », and they probably got way more traffic than I did! Because they used AI to generate websites and articles with specific keywords to boost their SEO or some bullshit. Personally, at Always Improving, ALL of our articles are written by human hands and we’re not using any AI whatsoever to write the articles.

But anyways, I began to go on another subject but on the main subject of creating a website, is it easy nowadays? Yes. Can you do it, a random person with no experience whatsoever in building websites? Yes. Can you do it today? Yes. How? Let me show you.

Hostinger

Hostinger is a web hosting company, where you can create your website with pre-made templates that you can use, etc. You don’t need to know how to code AT ALL, you only need to know how to use a mouse or a trackpad, and a keyboard. Hostinger makes it very easy to create websites, because they do things in a very simple and « pre-mashed » manner. You have very easy to use tools that can help you create your website, and you don’t have much work to do as they do the vast majority of the work for you.

What is interesting with Hostinger is it’s easy to use templates, as I’ve said before. They have pre-made templates and « parts » of the website that are already created, that you can modify using many criteria (images, colors, shades, forms, text, etc).

On top of that, to modify anything on Hostinger is extremely easy. Its interface was made to be handy, so you can easily change the text, color, font, as well as adding forms, social media buttons, images, videos, etc. You have tons of choices and you can even add product research, AI assistance and incorporated codes into your website, which means you can add features that are not already on Hostinger (if you want to make a calorie calculator for example).

So really, there’s not much limitations to what you can do. If you’re someone who wants to build a brand, or make an article based website, or make a website to sell products, or ANYTHING, Hostinger is great because it’s handy and easy to use and accessible to everyone.

On top of that, they also have a custom SEO optimization « option » where it tells you what to fix for your website to get more traffic. It’s pretty interesting for people who searches to optimize their SEO with no experience.

On top of that, you have the option of selling products on Hostinger as I’ve said before, so you have a « product’s page » where you can sell your products, put a description, and then you can sell it on your Hostinger website by choosing which product you want to sell.

For example, for my weight-loss course, I have this page where I can customize the product’s name and where I upload the course, and then, when I’m on the Hostinger website creator, I can simply choose to sell my product one a pre-made product page that I can customize to my own individual product’s description.

It might seem complicated, but by playing with Hostinger for a day, you’ll already understand most of what I’m saying. There’s also limitations of course, you’re not totally free to do anything you want as, of course, your website is « framed » by Hostinger (as it’s hosted by Hostinger and you can’t code anything you want into it), but let’s say that it’s already pretty damn useful.

Worth it?

Is Hosting worth it? To create a blog website, a product selling website or any type of website really, in an easy manner, it’s definitely worth it. It’s not too expensive and will only cost you a few bucks per months. You still need to invest of course in it, hoping to get enough sales or traffic in order to make it a good investment, but I personally believe it’s worth it. This is especially true if you’re a beginner, but even for advanced website creator, it’s a super easy tool to use that’ll make incredible looking websites in a few clicks.

Traffic

Finally, if you struggle to get enough traffic to keep the website light ups, or to get your own hopes up, I suggest to simply keep pushing. Don’t try to over-do it in panic or under-do it in misery, just keep working at your usual pace, and produce high quality content for people. If your website is only a means to promote something (and not an article based website, for example), I suggest maybe focusing on SEO and investing in social media accounts (you can easily make traffic on TikTok by making engaging videos about whatever subject you work on, and redirecting it to your website).

Say, for example, I’m a website that sells iPhone cases that are original and good looking. Well, my technique would be to go on TikTok and make stupid « iPhone case fall-test » or « Look at this new iPhone case » or some stuff like that to get easy traffic and then redirect them to my website. This could be a good solution. Using Instagram or Youtube Shorts is also great too for easy traffic, but try to avoid full length videos. Focus on short form content or images that hurt the eye and catches attention.

AI (Artificial Intelligence)

Also, before closing in on the subject, don’t hesitate to use IA if you need help. IA can be of great help and there’s tons of options out there to help you build websites with AI such as on Hostinger. On Hostinger, you can create for example your own website logo using AI, and it looks great. So don’t hesitate to use AI, it’s a great tool that is worth it. But, I still suggest working on your website yourself to keep the « authenticity » and the « identity » of the brand.

To conclude, I think creating a website is a great endeavor and you should definitely hang in there. Just keep working through time and one day you might make a breakthrough. Also, remember to use social media if needed in order to get easy views and to, therefore, get more traffic. It’s a good way to start.
